Technical Equipment Specialist – Drones, sensors, and payloads

• Fabrication and assembly: Build and assemble mechanical, electronic, and sensor-based payload systems for drones. This includes 3D printing spare parts and performing minor soldering tasks on PCBs.
• Maintenance and inventory: Oversee the technical maintenance of equipment and manage our inventory.
• Logistics and preparation: Pack and prepare equipment for deployment, handle shipments, and manage smaller logistical tasks.
• Repair and testing: Repair drone equipment, payloads, and conduct flight tests as a drone pilot.
• Calibration: Verify and measure gas sensitivity on sensors integrated into payloads.

Depending on your skills and interests, you might also contribute to development projects, such as designing components in CAD, 3D printing, PCB design, and outsourcing.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has working experience in mechanics or electronics, perhaps holding a degree as an automation technician, technology management and marine engineer, aircraft mechanic, technical officer, mechanical engineer, or has equivalent experience in mechanics or electronics.
• Works in a structured, detail-oriented, and responsible manner with a focus on quality.
• Excels at finding solutions and has an eye for detail.
• Is eager to learn and grow their technical skills.
• Is curious, proactive, and motivated to contribute to a growing global tech company.
• Communicates fluently in English, our company language.
